Shaun was a fun-loving and easy going guy. He had so many friends, everyone who knew him loved him.
He was taken from us far too soon through no fault of his own and he's left so many people devastated.
He was in his 2nd year of his joiner apprenticeship and he loved it.
He was the life and soul of the party and lived for the weekend! He added an extra 2 days to the weekend - thursday and monday!! At the weekend he was often found out on the town in helensburgh or along chillin out with Wee Mo!
Shaun was like my big brother, he lived with me for years and I can't talk about a holiday abroad without remembering all the holidays he came on with us. He looked after me and made me laugh. Life really doesn't seem right without him.
Shaun, like me and all the family, was celtic daft. I loved visitin celtc park with him. The last time I saw him was 2nd January 2005 - He'd used my sisters season ticket and came to the game with me because she couldn't make it. I wish I'd known that would be the last time I would ever see him. I would have told him how much I loved him. I would have treasured every second with him. I'm so glad that one of his last days on this earth was spent at Parkhead - that's what he'd have wanted.
Every day I see his cheeky smile and wish it wasn't just a memory or a photo. Waking up in the morning and realising that he's gone and it wasn't just a nightmare is horrible.
Shaun has 2 gorgeous nephews from my family - Austin Shaun and Shaun - both named after him and there are so many more little Shauns running around now because so many people loved him so much that they've named their children after him. I'm so sad that he's never met them because I know he would spoil them like he used to spoil me. I adored him and I know the boys would have felt the same about him.
Shaun meant the world to me and all of his family and friends. Along with so many other people, when Shaun died a part of me died with him.

It's been 6 years today and you're in so many thoughts. You know that not a day goes by where I don't think about you but this day is even harder. Too many tears have been shed and hearts broken but I've found comfort in knowing you're watching over us.
I'll see you later on darlin when I visit your grave.
I love you so much and miss you more than words can say.

It's been four years today and it still hurts as much as it did then.
I still can't believe you're gone. It feels like just yesterday we were at the football together. I wish it was. I'd of made sure that i gave you the biggest hug and kiss and told you how much i love you. I would have savoured every second with you.
